Any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited at mmoja7's discretion. Account Security

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. mmoja7 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your mmoja7 wallet balance within seconds of the mobile banking transaction confirming on your device. mmoja7 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider's own processing systems. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not completed the verification process. mmoja7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be paid to the same mobile wallet account used for the original deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important: mmoja7 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transfer charges. Please check with your provider for any applicable fees before initiating a transaction.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers available on the mmoja7 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that the player has a verified account in good standing, has not previously claimed the same offer, and has met any minimum deposit requirements stipulated in the promotion terms. mmoja7 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from that bonus. Real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds in all cases.
Bonus Abuse
mmoja7 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or collusion with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed, and may be subject to account suspension or permanent closure at mmoja7's sole discretion.
5. Gameplay, Bets, and Game Rules

In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with standard industry rules for that sport. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — the specific settlement rules applicable to each market type are displayed at the point of bet placement. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
mmoja7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or non-compliance with responsible gaming requirements. Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding verification and any applicable bonus forfeiture provisions.
